dagens temaord: strand(beach) jeg hører på dirty beaches mens jeg filmer hvordan ansiktsuttrykket mitt er akkurat i dag. (mens jeg grer fingrene gjennom håret) altså hvordan jeg er i dag. tenker på bilder av strender og mennesker i bikini, ser på billedserier fra california og små filmer av tanne jenter i hvite kjoler på sykkel i sand (hvor varmebølgene hadde gjort bildet mer bølgete og uklart om kameraet hadde vært plassert bare noe nærmere bakken) og de danske, hvite strendene på google earth. dytter fingrene litt ned i den knusktørre jorda til kaktusen på rommet mitt som snart skal dø. jeg har vært alt for dårlig til å passe på deg. bbcs plue planet (david attenborough snakker) jeg vil begynne å bruke paranteser mye mer aktivt. jeg bruker det hele tiden, og jeg tror det blir like fint/finere om jeg er klar over kva jeg skriver der. klemmer inne liksom. pianoet og aaaah-ingen i lord only knows fra 1.40 til 2.41. (nesten presist et minutt)

opptatt med å lage julepresanger. brenne cder og skrive tracklister med pensel og billig akrylmaling. vi gikk opp thorvald meyers gate, begge med musefletter, begge med kjærlighet. eller, hun spratt, trippet rundt meg i sirkler, jeg haltet. det var da jeg hadde falt i trappa da jeg prøvde blomstrete føyelsbukser og hadde vondt lenge. vi stoppet opp på malingsbutikken ovenfor deichmann, vegg i vegg med en 7eleven, sto og så på tingene lenge mens vi suttet på hver vår kjærlighet, før vi bestemte oss. hun brukte mer penger enn meg. så klart. jeg tror hun pleier å sitte og se på film på den lille tven hennes og male akvarell på morens tykke papirer mens jeg maler rommene i apartemento på printerpapir. hvit, a fire. høre noe på en lydbok. sette på paul simon. det kommer til å ta lang tid før den sorte akryltuben blir brukt opp, selv om jeg maler ofte. bestemmer meg for å male hver dag. kanskje er den drøy, kanskje liker jeg den utvannet, kanskje lager jeg tynne streker. jeg er ikke så glad i å fargelegge, jeg liker bedre å lage nye ting da. kanskje skal jeg male internett.

sometimes i feel like start wearing makeup, simply because i like the ritual of putting it on every morning. after washing your face, put on moisturizer, have a pouch with five or ten different things, in different colours and textures that makes you look different in different ways. i dont mean to hide behind the makeup, but you are covering something, you are putting someting on your skin that changes everything a little. even if its almost invisible, its there. i have to admit the part of makeup that tempts me the most, is the cases and packages they come in. or no, its not. its the ritual. standing in front of the bathroom mirror and change yourself a little, free to take it off whenever you want to. even though i bought a pretty expensive moisturizing cream this weekend, mainly because of the jar it was in, its just as much the thought about change. i like change. i like to study the colour of people's brows and lips, wonder if its natural or if it just looks natural. boys looking like wearing mascara when they dont. usually, people's natural colour is the most beautiful one, but lets say you put on makeup that makes you look like wearing no makeup, just a bit or slightly different from your basis. to me, its just as much about the thought of changing something looking good, its just that everyone automatically want to change to something prettier when they first choose to change. i like to put a shade of red lipstick under my eyes so it looks like ive been crying.

ok, someone has been very very courious about my last weeks in school, and even if i try to explain, it seems impossible to you to get? ok, its actaully as easy as i'm done with all exams(i was done in may, almost a month remaining. eh) and all the curriculum, but still the "norwegian school system" isn't allowed to give us summer vacation before the 22nd, so the last weeks we'll just walk around at school, doing nothing. (the math teachers are an exception. "you ca always learn") yesterday we watched a danish movie about drugs and went home early. my teacher has even told us he probably will send us downtown to eat macdonalds if we want to. ok.

my breakfast the last days: toasted/burned bread with hummus and pepper or st. dalfours raspberry jam + what feels like the only natural yoghurt in the uk which is close to the norwegian one (neither mega fat free nor cream fraiche) + juice + my dads coffee + a couple tescos huge cherry-tomatoes + a cup of english tea(without all the sugar and milk uggh) + a sclice of avocado + a small piece of nut-chocolate.

when traveling, i always feel for changing my lifestyle, or, more become more aware of my routines, how i execute different things, do them in a more well thought through. wish i could go to bed early a couple of days a week, to wake up early, take a bath and eat breakfast in the backyard.

its something about the spring which has appeard in oslo the last week. so suddenly. i like that, when i feel the difference between two situations, when the gap is big, but it still switch from one to the other in a moment. i guess this makes me more aware of everything around me, because right now i want to change my life. not because im particulary unsatisfied with the one i have, i just want to do new things, like give myself a new start, just for fun. right now, i've moved out of my bed, im sleeping on my bedroom floor. i'll avoid curtains, want to go to bed early and wake up with the sun(or, thats a dilemma: i also want to spend all my time outside, not prioritize sleep, but still...) and as my dearest karin said "you dream more without curtains." i hope thats true, i remember my dreams so rarely. things feel so good now. i have two exams the two next days, and to read litterature can be my only practice(almost) so i'll read short stories by frode grytten and anaïs nin and ernest hemmingway and flip through my favorite book asher lev and my easter vaction starts on friday, so before i'm off to london on the sunday(wuh!) i want to have some kind of dinner with my friends where we make white fish and lentils in yoghurt and vanilla ice cream and white russian for dessert. white, like now. wrapped in white sheets and a white polo on my bed/floor with music and so much whipped milk and bubble gum i think i can puke anytime but im too happy for that. white is so clean, still so feminine. want to become more feminine. wear dresses and sneakers and hoodies and the thin braids my hair is full of these days. listen to david crosby and theophilus london and the weeknd. i dont think i want a boyfriend. i just want a boy. song number one song number two song number three

in one way, i get so optimistic and happy when its sun and more springy and light. i find myself sitting on my light-wood bedroom floor, six o clock, barefoot in jeans and a red sweater. its still light, that light summer light even though it isnt summer at all, but im barefoot and thats good enough for me. listening to cat power. i havent listened to her scince the night i couldnt fall asleep in copenhagen last summer. was lying in novas bed, the white sheets, listened to willie deadwilder, that 20 mins long song with the video in the woods. maybe i should do that, stand in the woods, play guitar, the two songs i can recall, or just play nothing but still make sounds. film myself. you know im working on this self portrait.

i have this long-sleeve, black, elastic. very basic, nothing expensive or particulary nice. two for the price of one-idea. i remember buying both because the fabic was so comfortable, but now i only use them at the gym. or, im not sure if i still have both of them, or just one. its hard to know, because theyre identical, but i dont use them that often- i should know if i have one or two. especially because i just cleaned up my closet. i think i will but in both of them. at the first, i'll remove the shoulders, so its more like a sweater that starts with a horizontal line(almost) just over my breasts. i dont know how it will be kept from falling down all the time, but its quite tights so i guess it will be ok. and with the second one, ill remove the back, at least down to the bra. like the last picture. then i dont have any gym-sweater. nevermind.

i'm obsessed with smells, what the different, all of the smells do to you, how they affect you. it takes so much space- physically and mental. your memory is buildt on how different things and people smell. we fall in love with peoples necks, not their eyes. maybe we dont fall in love with personalities. that it's possible we could inhale light blue og green, transparent liquid all day from a small bottle with a cap made of plastic or metal or glass or bone. and still feel the same as we do to those around us. i dont know about my loving any more.
